The attestation form for LAA’s Designated Sexual Offences Standards is now available online directly through the Lawyer Portal.
Lawyers who meet the criteria, including alternate criteria for long-standing roster lawyers, must complete the form to continue receiving offers for designated sexual offence matters after Dec. 31.
Starting Jan. 1, those who meet the criteria but have not yet submitted the form can still complete the attestation. Once submitted, their profile will be automatically updated to receive these offers.
