Full Time, Temporary (12 months)

Legal Aid Alberta is seeking to fill a full-time temporary (12 months), Bail Duty Counsel Lawyer in our downtown Calgary or Edmonton office. The role requires ability to investigate facts, identify issues, ascertain organizational objectives, consider alternative solutions, analyze risk and advise clients and/or LAA on the appropriate course of action.

You will play an important role in the justice system helping some of Alberta’s most disadvantaged people every day. In this position, you will make a positive impact in the lives of thousands of people from diverse backgrounds, including families, youth, new immigrants to Canada, refugees, and marginalized populations in conflict with the law.

Legal Aid Alberta is seeking to fill a full-time permanent, Manager, Client Intake Services in our Contact Center at downtown Edmonton office.
