Outages
May 21-22, 2026
A routine systems outage is scheduled from 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, to 7 a.m. on Friday, May 22, to implement minor enhancement(s) in Lawyer Portal.
What’s changing
- New attestation form is available under Memberships tab as part of our quality standards for LAA certificates on Siksika Nation.
- Effective May 22, following immigration legislative changes in March, a new tariff item — 02A: PFL — will be available. It provides up to two hours per claimant to respond to a procedural fairness letter.


- Effective June 1, the current combined legal issue — Oppose Temporary Guardianship (TGO) / Oppose Permanent Guardianship Order (PGO) — will be separated into two distinct issues to improve clarity and reporting:
- Oppose Temporary Guardianship (TGO)
- Oppose Permanent Guardianship Order (PGO)
- Certificates will include only one of these legal issues, not both.

April 29-April 30
A routine systems outage is scheduled from 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 29, to 7 a.m. on Thursday, April 30, to implement a minor enhancement in Lawyer Portal.
What’s changing
- Users will be able to view signed membership agreements in the Memberships tab, including the signed date and expiry date (if applicable).

A routine systems outage is scheduled from 5 p.m. on Monday, March 30, to 7 a.m. on Tuesday, March 31, to implement several user experience enhancements to the Duty Counsel Portal.

A routine systems outage is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026.
