Outages

May 21-22, 2026

A routine systems outage is scheduled from 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, to 7 a.m. on Friday, May 22, to implement minor enhancement(s) in Lawyer Portal. 

 

What’s changing 

  • New attestation form is available under Memberships tab as part of our quality standards for LAA certificates on Siksika Nation.
  • Effective May 22, following immigration legislative changes in March, a new tariff item — 02A: PFL — will be available. It provides up to two hours per claimant to respond to a procedural fairness letter.

  • Effective June 1, the current combined legal issue — Oppose Temporary Guardianship (TGO) / Oppose Permanent Guardianship Order (PGO) — will be separated into two distinct issues to improve clarity and reporting:
    • Oppose Temporary Guardianship (TGO)
    • Oppose Permanent Guardianship Order (PGO)
    • Certificates will include only one of these legal issues, not both.

April 29-April 30

A routine systems outage is scheduled from 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 29, to 7 a.m. on Thursday, April 30, to implement a minor enhancement in Lawyer Portal. 

 

What’s changing 

  • Users will be able to view signed membership agreements in the Memberships tab, including the signed date and expiry date (if applicable).

March 30-31, 2026

A routine systems outage is scheduled from 5 p.m. on Monday, March 30, to 7 a.m. on Tuesday, March 31, to implement several user experience enhancements to the Duty Counsel Portal.

A routine systems outage is scheduled from 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 26 to 6 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 27.

A routine systems outage is scheduled from 5 p.m. on November 4 to 6 a.m. on November 5, to implement several routine updates to CRM and Client Gateway.
