Complainant Counsel Panel
Legal Aid Alberta has created a specialized panel of roster lawyers to represent complainants and other witnesses who have the right to respond to applications in criminal prosecutions – in most cases, prosecutions involving sexual offences.
Child Representation Panel
Representation of children in high conflict parenting matters is a mandated service pursuant to Legal Aid Alberta’s Governance Agreement and is a priority area for LAA. This panel is comprised of roster lawyers with experience, training, and interest in the area of representation of children in high conflict parenting matters.
