Job Description

 

Reporting to the Manager, Justice Services Operations, some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex business software requirements.
  • Participate in frequent cross-functional meetings to share insights and contribute to development and continuous improvement.
  • Support the development and delivery of training sessions for users and external stakeholders to enhance product understanding and usage.
  • Provide timely and effective product and project support via various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Act as an interface between Justice Services, Information Technology, Lawyers, their product related needs, and the Development Team.
  • Work closely with the Development Team to identify, replicate, and resolve bugs or other technical issues.

Qualifications

 

Education and Experience:

  • Post-secondary education with a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (equivalencies related to education and work experience may be considered).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with business users to develop Client Relationship Management systems and processes.
  • Preferred 3+ years of experience with Client Relationship Management software product development.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience and competency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Client Relationship Management.
  • Competency in Microsoft cloud applications such as Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with data integration technologies, ETL tools, and knowledge of Microsoft Cloud services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft’s Nonprofit Common Data Model is an asset.
  • Critical thinking skills for identifying issues and making proposals to tackle them.
  • Strong observational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage yourself independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Thrive in an environment where change is the norm.
