Reporting to the Manager, Justice Services Operations, some of the key responsibilities include:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex business software requirements.
Participate in frequent cross-functional meetings to share insights and contribute to development and continuous improvement.
Support the development and delivery of training sessions for users and external stakeholders to enhance product understanding and usage.
Provide timely and effective product and project support via various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
Act as an interface between Justice Services, Information Technology, Lawyers, their product related needs, and the Development Team.
Work closely with the Development Team to identify, replicate, and resolve bugs or other technical issues.
Education and Experience:
Post-secondary education with a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (equivalencies related to education and work experience may be considered).
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with business users to develop Client Relationship Management systems and processes.
Preferred 3+ years of experience with Client Relationship Management software product development.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience and competency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Client Relationship Management.
Competency in Microsoft cloud applications such as Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience with data integration technologies, ETL tools, and knowledge of Microsoft Cloud services is a plus.
Familiarity with Microsoft’s Nonprofit Common Data Model is an asset.
Critical thinking skills for identifying issues and making proposals to tackle them.
Strong observational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage yourself independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical personnel.
