Job Description

As an Administrative Support II, you will be responsible for various administrative and clerical duties to support our Client Services, team. Your work environment is within a Contact Centre.

What you’ll be doing

  • Complete weekly mobile banking, receiving and posting mail-in cheques.
  • Answer clients call on the Credit Card Payment Line
  • Analyze and distribute both electronic and hard copy correspondences daily and pick up mail for all business units.
  • Perform data entry, scan and upload client’s documents.
  • Create lists, maintain office and lunchroom supplies, and order various supplies with vendors.
  • Manage invoicing for supplies and receivables.
  • Be able to lift up to 25 LBS packages as required.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma with at least 1 year experience in an office administration role.
  • Administrative experience in a law firm would be as an asset.
  • Cash handling, banking, and/or accounts receivable experience would be an asset.
  • Post-secondary certificate or diploma in administration or legal studies would be an asset.

Security clearance is required.
