Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee: Overview and recent legislative changes

Legal Aid Alberta is hosting a virtual lunch and learn with the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee focused on recent legislative amendments that may affect lawyers practising in this area. 

 

This session will be of interest to lawyers whose clients may have lost capacity and are contemplating a referral to the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee, as well as lawyers who want to learn more about the role of their office in Alberta.
