May 16, 2024 – Legal Aid Alberta is implementing a lawyer directory on its public website to better assist clients in selecting preferred counsel. Expanded travel guidelines, complemented by a user-friendly lawyer directory, will be transformative in ensuring clients can more easily find and choose a legal aid lawyer.
The lawyer directory addresses a critical challenge for our clients, who often struggle to find a lawyer who accepts legal aid cases. With the lawyer directory, clients will now be able to find you more easily. If you have not yet signed up, please consider doing so today by clicking here. If you do not want to be included in the directory, please click through to the survey as there is also the opportunity there to opt out.
Please note that you must be an active member of the Legal Aid Alberta roster to be included in the directory.
