As part of our efforts to build stronger relationships with our stakeholders in the justice system, our senior leaders held Meet-and-Greet Information Sessions with roster lawyers and members of the Judiciary in November.

These sessions took place in Calgary, Red Deer, Lethbridge, Edmonton and St. Paul (a session scheduled in Grande Prairie was unfortunately cancelled due to inclement weather). We were thrilled to see over 100 roster lawyers attend these events.

Our dedicated roster lawyers are one of our biggest stakeholders and serve the majority of our clients. These meet-and-greet events were a great opportunity to inform those who attended about a number of initiatives currently underway. We are expecting these new initiatives to improve the overall client experience, improve the working relationship we have with our  Roster, reduce delays in Alberta courtrooms, and create efficiencies in the way we operate.

The initiatives announced at these sessions were the result of significant consultation efforts with our stakeholders, including the Roster Representation Committee.  We are confident that strengthening our relationship with the roster in this way will allow us to better serve our clients across the province.
