What’s changing?
- New legal issues will be added to capture charges introduced through Bills C-16 and C-225:
- 1(1) Violence Against Intimate Partner
- 1(1.1) Threats to Publish Images
- 1(4.2) Threats to Publish Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material
- 1(1) Recruitment of Young Person
- Charges 162.1(1.1), 16.1(4.2) and 169.1(1) are a priority for Designated Sexual Offences Membership lawyers.
- The Welcome to Roster email template has been updated to direct lawyers to Roster Resources webpage.
- New Duty Counsel Types and Tariff Templates added in Lawyer Portal and ShiftBoard to improve reporting.

- A typo has been corrected in Lawyer Portal. For Child Welfare outcomes on a final invoice, “Consented TGO” has been changed to “Contested TGO.”
