There will be a routine systems outage from 5 p.m. on Tuesday Nov. 4, until 7 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 5. Several LAA applications will be temporarily offline to implement upgrades to Client Gateway.

This update will fix the following bugs on Client Gateway:
- Mobile number field only accepting 10-digit phone numbers.
- If the user entered an 11-digit number (ie added a ‘1’ for area code, system would not allow user to proceed to next page).
- Related Party Date of Birth field displaying error message when left blank.
- Custody Location is not recognized as mandatory when the In-Custody field is marked “Yes.”
- Preferred Counsel fields are appearing blank on submitted applications when names are copied and pasted instead of being selected from the drop-down list.
- Specialization field is appearing for non-family matters on submitted applications.
- More than one email is being generated when attachments exceed 100 MB.
