The Act Respecting First Nations, Inuit and Métis Children Youth and Families has been in force and effect for almost three years. Legal Aid Alberta will have two guest speakers from the Wahkohtowin Law and Governance Lodge at the University of Alberta to talk about how the legislation is playing out in Alberta and across the country. They will share highlights from the training they have been doing and their Judicial Workbook.
