As a publicly funded, non-profit organization, we provide affordable legal services in family law, domestic violence, child welfare, immigration, and youth and adult criminal defense. We are Alberta-wide, with 300 staff and 1,200 private practice lawyers helping people overcome their legal challenges in more than 75 communities across the province.
Identify priority resources to enhance and develop training manuals, databases, and on-line resource materials.
Conduct research and promote both “legal” and “social” resources relevant to the services provided to clients.
Create informational documentation to enhance staff expertise and information retention.
Coordinate activities or events for CS.
Provide back-up duties when required for telephone queue management.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
Certificate or diploma in business, criminal justice, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Contact Centre or customer service environment is essential.
Business analysis education or experience is an asset.
An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Ability to respond to a rapidly changing work environment and manage multiple conflicting priorities.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and SharePoint
Familiarity with process modeling software (Visio and Aris)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
