Job Description

 

Reporting to the VP of Justice Services, some of the key responsibilities of the Director of Operations – Quality position is to:

  • Collaborate with the leadership team and cross-functional business units to align business activities with organizational objectives and strategy.
  • Design and continuously improve the contribution measurement, reporting, and management framework for distinct teams and functions across LAA offices.
  • Develop methodologies to assess individual and team contributions against key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for enhancement.
  • Utilize data driven decision making by Creating and implementing data collection, reporting, and visualization tools, including dashboards, to empower stakeholders to make informed business decisions.
  • Provide support to the justice services managers.
  • Infuse a client-focused and value-added perspective when assessing, designing, or reporting on operational and quality initiatives, internal policies, and data collection activities.
  • Carry out any additional responsibilities or tasks as delegated by the VP of Justice Services.

Qualifications

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in operations management, quality measures, metrics, and data analysis; process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing reporting tools, data visualization, and dashboards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align operational activities with organizational goals.
  • Strong understanding of systems thinking and its application to business operations.
