Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, Certificate & Tariff, some of the key responsibilities include:
Responsible for weekly mobile and in person banking, receiving and posting mail-in cheques
Answering clients call on the Credit Card Payment Line
Analyzing and distributing both electronic and hard copy correspondences daily, and picks up mail for all business units
Performing data entry, scanning and uploading of client documents
May be required to lift up to 25 LBS packages
Other duties as assigned to assist with client processing, including assisting other business units
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
1 -2 years office experience preferably in a law related environment
A certificate or diploma in Administration is preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered
Experience with cash handling, banking and/or accounts receivable is an asset
Must have strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Adobe PRO
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent organization, conflict resolution, communication and problem-solving skills are required
The successful candidate must be able to work as part of a team with minimal supervision and use own initiative
Ability to manage own time and revolve prioritizations as needs change
Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to exercise good judgement in recognizing scope of authority
Ability to adapt in a changing work environment
