Job Description

Reporting to the Manager, LSC Intra – Day Operations, some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Complete banking transactions.
  • Process Credit Card transactions.
  • Analyze and distribute both electronic and hard copy correspondences.
  • Perform data entry, scan and upload documents.
  • Maintain office and lunchroom supplies.
  • Order various office supplies with vendors.
  • Be able to lift up to 25lbs/11.4kgs packages as required.
  • Perform other duties as required.

 

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma with at least 1 year experience in an office administration role.
  • Administrative experience in a law firm would be as an asset.
  • Cash handling and banking experience would be an asset.
  • Post-secondary certificate or diploma in administration or legal studies would be an asset.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to adapt in a changing work environment.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly skilled at maintaining good customer service.
  • Ability to manage high volume diverse workloads
