Legal Aid Alberta (LAA) streamlined the process of requesting additional hours or tariff items beyond the scope of a certificate as issued. When a Staff or Roster Lawyer require extra hours to conclude the family, youth, or immigration case, our legal teams review the request and determine the appropriate hours required in consultation with the assigned lawyer.
