If you are discriminated against at work, you may find support from your union.  Your union representative may be able to advocate for you to your employer and help resolve the issue.  Depending on what your collective agreements says, you may be able to, or required to, file a formal grievance when you have been discriminated against.  Your grievance may lead to arbitration.  Arbitration is like to a private court hearing.
