A: The CHRA bans discrimination and harassment when providing goods, services, facilities, accommodation, rental property, or employment in federally regulated areas. The Act also bans any public notice, sign, or symbol that expresses discrimination, or causes others to discriminate, and sending hate messages over the phone or computer.
