A: Your trustee has obligations to your creditors – not to you – and so it is up to the creditors to remove your trustee and appoint a new one by passing a special resolution at a meeting.  Trustees must follow a code of ethics, and are supervised by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy.
