A: Your lender can obtain an order from the courts directing you to vacate. If you do not vacate when ordered to do so, your lender can hire a sheriff’s bailiff to forcibly remove you. The costs of that court application, and all fees incurred by the sheriff’s bailiff, will be added to the amount you owe on the judgment against you.
