A: You must pay your trustee out of your assets. If you do not have many assets, a trustee may require that you get acquire the money to pay their fees before they even begin your bankruptcy process. You will also have to pay the court filing fee.
A trustee does not have to act for you. If no trustee agrees to act for you because of your inability to pay their fees, you cannot go through the process of bankruptcy.
