Quality Account Determination (QUAD) is the audit process for eBill, which has been developed to ensure our eBill audit process is efficient, accurate, timely, and reasonable. 

 

Located in the Counsel Connection under eBill Users Manual, QUAD provides Roster lawyers with the guidelines for eBill random quality determination and targeted quality determination processes.
